My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the bathrooms could use some modernization. The event space was impressive. The service was exceptional with remarkable PR and outstanding shadle service. The location was convenient for those with a car, close to shopping and restaurants. The dining options were satisfactory. However, the restroom facilities need updating, and the hotel could offer better value for the price.
The hotel rooms were comfortable and had two TVs which was great, but there was an electrical closet that caused a nonstop buzzing that was so loud that we had to move back to our original room. The rooms are also spacious and a perfect home away from home considering the price of the room.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very nice but not as clean as I expected, although they were quiet. The outdated restrooms were a letdown, and they could use some modernization. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff members being rude, but others, like the lady at the bar, were lovely and accommodating. The location was convenient for those with a car, being just off the expressway, but it's still a few miles away from the airport. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good quality but limited complimentary options. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel's overall value for money could be better.
